Event Description
With this years Hunt up into the stacks I’ve arranged for us to shoot in more areas so a larger number of hunters would be ideal. We have the same access through the public easement up the Fern Burn but we have been given access to cull goat on adjacent land of Alpha Burn station along with Motatapu Station.
7am start time for an early return.
Parking at the Fern Burn car park.
Hiking up through private farm land into the Stacks conservation area, hunting the multiple gullies that hold numbers of Goats.
Multiple entry and exit points to be arranged on the day depending on numbers
Hill fitness required or it’ll start to build some up.
Doc Hunting permit Required.
Membership required.
As we will be on both Private and Public land, culling of goats is our objective so as not to get distracted, other animals will be off the radar.
