Driving up the Thomson Gorge Road to the saddle and turning into the conservation area, short 4WD to a parking location.

Hiking from here on out, hill fitness required.

leaving town at 7am for an early start and early finish.

Could have multiple groups hunting down different ridges with a fitter group continuing to below cloudy peak.
